Shipping Policy

At ShopQZR, our shipping prices vary depending on the product and shipping plan you choose.

Order Processing Time

  • Once payment is made, our providers typically take 2-7 business days to fulfill your order.

  • If we have the product in our warehouse, it will be shipped within 1-3 business days without needing fulfillment by providers.

  • It takes an additional 3-5 business days to prepare it for shipping if it's being fulfilled by one of our providers.

Preorder Information

Preorders will be shipped out as soon as they are ready. Please note that estimated delivery times are just estimates, and the actual arrival time may vary.

Tracking Information

You'll receive a tracking number via email, text, PayPal, or your ShopQZR account once your order is shipped.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping, ensuring your satisfaction with our product.

Shipping Protection

(Optional Fee at Checkout) Customers have the option to purchase Shipping Protection at checkout for a fee.

 

This protection provides the following benefits:

  • Hassle-Free Returns for Delivery Issues: If your package is lost, stolen, or broken upon arrival, you will be entitled to a full return/refund.

  • Instant Return Processing: Returns for eligible issues (lost, stolen, or broken on arrival) with Shipping Protection are processed instantly. You must head to our return form (link provided below) and enter all the required information. Once submitted and confirmed, the refund will appear in your account within 7-14 business days.

  • Standard Return Guidelines: Without Shipping Protection, all standard return guidelines must be followed (see below), and we are not liable for packages that are lost, stolen, or broken during transit or upon arrival.

Return & Exchange Policy

At ShopQZR, we strive to ensure every customer is completely satisfied with their purchase. Please read our return policy carefully before making a request.

General Returns

  • Customers are responsible for all shipping costs on returns, as we are a small company.

  • Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

  • We do not accept returns for reasons related to minor colour, design, or packaging variations, as all MiniKreators products are handmade/produced in limited runs and may differ slightly from promotional photos.

Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages

  • ShopQZR is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or broken during transit or upon arrival unless Shipping Protection was purchased at checkout. Please refer to the Shipping Protection section of our Shipping Policy for details on covered packages.

MiniKreators Products

  • Sealed Packages: We do not accept returns for opened MiniKreators packages.

  • Mounting Tape: Returns will not be accepted if a minifigure has detached from the mounting tape after delivery.

  • Custom Parts: Parts and accessories cannot be returned unless they arrived defective.

  • Keychains & Lighter Leashes: These items may be returned within 14 days if they break under normal use. The customer is responsible for covering return shipping costs.

How to Start a Return

If you believe your item qualifies for a return, please contact us before sending it back. Provide your order number, photos of the item, and a description of the issue. Once approved, we will provide return instructions.

Shipping & Returns

Affiliate Policy

As a ShopQZR affiliate, it is important to maintain a professional manner when representing our brand, Qazer Inc. Affiliate payouts will commence once the affiliate has earned a minimum of $10 (USD) through the use of their affiliate link, code, or other means. Payouts are scheduled every Friday and will be sent to the affiliate's chosen payment option, such as PayPal, Cash App, Bank, or Gift Card.

Online Gift Card Policy

To redeem a Gift card, you must have a personal ShopQZR account. Unfortunately, business or corporate accounts are ineligible. You can easily sign up for a personal account by visiting the ShopQZR login page. Each Gift card comes with 500 QZR points ($5) to spend on our website, but please note that they can only be redeemed online at shopqzr.com. It's important to keep in mind that Gift cards cannot be used to purchase "Qazer Mystery Box" subscriptions or any other subscriptions. Lastly, Gift cards are non-refundable and are only valid for 730 days (2 years) from the date of purchase. After that time, they will no longer be eligible for redemption.

The Create-a-Kreator™ program by MiniKreators (a ShopQZR brand) allows clients to design custom collectible figures and, optionally, a branded storefront. Each package includes set services and revisions, with optional add-ons like Commercial Rights, Packaging, Character Design, and Landing Page setup.

 

Clients who opt for a storefront receive 80% of gross profit from their custom page. ShopQZR handles all production, shipping, returns, and customer service.

Domain subscriptions are required for landing pages and are billed separately. Additional revisions beyond those included in a package may incur extra fees.

Unless Commercial Rights are purchased, ShopQZR retains the right to reproduce and sell the product without needing consent or paying royalties. However, if a landing page is active, we will not resell that product elsewhere until the landing page is deactivated.

Create-a-Kreator™ Policy

All product photos displayed on ShopQZR (including MiniKreators products) are either digital renders, edited images, or colour-corrected photographs created for marketing purposes. Actual product appearance may vary due to factors such as lighting conditions, screen displays, material availability, and production processes.

All MiniKreator designs — including figures, accessories, packaging, and custom parts — are subject to change without prior notice. Product dimensions, colours, and design details may differ slightly from promotional images. By purchasing from ShopQZR, customers acknowledge and accept that variations may occur.
